About me

Welcome to Nespressionado, my name is Rob and I am obsessed with coffee.

I am a secondary school teacher but before I moved into education I worked for a coffee importer and retailer where my eyes were opened to the world of real coffee. As part of the training (and perks of the job) I have experienced a wide range of coffee. Over the years I have tried a huge range of brewing approaches, some of which have continued to this day and some which have fallen by the wayside for a variety of reasons.

In the lockdown of February 2020 I decided to try a pod based brewing system for the first time and this has become my favorite method. This website is dedicated to my research and experience with the Nespresso system and why it offers a fantastic approach to getting the daily brew.
